Schedule Your Small Group Personal Training Session
Step 1: Click the button that says "Click Here To Schedule."

Step 2: You'll be able to schedule your training sessions 7 days in advance.

Step 3: Your membership allows you to schedule up to 3 in-studio sessions per week.
Current Schedule:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday:
5:45 am, 6:30 am, 7:15 am, 8:45 am, 9:30 am, 10:15 am, and 11:00 am

Tuesday/Thursday:
4:00 pm, 4:45pm, and 5:30 pm
Nutrition Overview (start here)
You'll start by watching the three videos in this section to improve your nutrition.

Video 1 is our nutrition overview. Please start this video. Video 2 is our 6 Core Eating Habits. This is another critically important video explaining how you can develop lasting eating habits. Lastly, video 3 covers how to track your food. Each video is under 10 minutes in duration to ensure it's easy to understand and consume.

As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask questions.
6 Core Eating Habits
Diets always fall short in the long run. They are hard to impossible to sustain. Sure, any diet can work for a few months, but someone can rarely diet for the rest of their life.

If you want lasting results, you'll want to develop new eating habits. Habits are the only way to long-term results.
Tracking Progress
We don't believe someone should have to track/journal their food forever. But if you want to improve an area of nutrition, you'll need to track your progress to develop a new habit.

Tracking your performance isn't about getting it just right. Perfection is never the goal, but progress is. As you track your performance, it will be easier for you to see what needs more work.

Active Lifestyle
One of the best ways to take your results to the next level is to live a more active lifestyle. In this short video, we discuss some of our favorite activities that can be added in throughout the week to help enhance your results.

While doing additional activities outside of the studio is not mandatory, it is undoubtedly helpful.
