Schedule Your Small Group Personal Training Session
Step 1: Click the button that says "Click Here To Schedule."

Step 2: You'll be able to schedule your training sessions 7 days in advance.

Step 3: Your membership allows you to schedule up to 3 in-studio sessions per week.
Current Schedule:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday:
5:45 am, 6:30 am, 7:15 am, 8:45 am, 9:30 am, 10:15 am, and 11:00 am

Tuesday/Thursday:
4:00 pm and 5:30 pm
How to get support
We're here to answer all of your questions. But you don't have to wait to see us in the studio to ask a question.

Step 1: Email us at support@a50fitness.com or text our private text support line at (412) 500-9339. We recommend saving this number in your phone as "A50 Support" so you know it's us when we text.

Step 2: We'll respond within one to two business days with a personal response.

Occasionally, an email goes to junk or spam, so please send another email or let us know if you don't get a response in one to two business days.
A50 Online Workouts
We post a 15-minute training video in our private A50 Facebook group Monday through Friday. Joining this group and doing these workouts are OPTIONAL. We waived the $97/month fee so you can enjoy these workouts as needed. The only piece of equipment we use is a single dumbbell for the online training videos, so you can do these at home or while traveling.

Step 2: Request to join the group. We will approve your request in 1-2 business days. Please let us know if your name on Facebook differs from the one we have on file.

Nutrition Overview (start here)
You'll start by watching the three videos in this section to improve your nutrition.

Video 1 is our nutrition overview. Please start this video. Video 2 is our 6 Core Eating Habits. This is another critically important video explaining how you can develop lasting eating habits. Lastly, video 3 covers how to track your food. Each video is under 10 minutes in duration to ensure it's easy to understand and consume.

As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask questions.
6 Core Eating Habits
Diets always fall short in the long run. They are hard to impossible to sustain. Sure, any diet can work for a few months, but someone can rarely diet for the rest of their life.

If you want lasting results, you'll want to develop new eating habits. Habits are the only way to long-term results.
Tracking Progress
We don't believe someone should have to track/journal their food forever. But if you want to improve an area of nutrition, you'll need to track your progress to develop a new habit.

Tracking your performance isn't about getting it just right. Perfection is never the goal, but progress is. As you track your performance, it will be easier for you to see what needs more work.

Active Lifestyle
One of the best ways to take your results to the next level is to live a more active lifestyle. In this short video, we discuss some of our favorite activities that can be added in throughout the week to help enhance your results.

While doing additional activities outside of the studio is not mandatory, it is undoubtedly helpful.
